About
I am a psychologist with a doctorate in psychology (D.Psy.) from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR). I work with adult clients and provide psychodynamic psychotherapy services. My approach aims to better understand what is happening beneath the surface in your experience: your emotions, your reactions, your relationships, and the patterns that repeat in your life. Together, we seek to make sense of your distress in order to foster lasting change, rather than simply relieving symptoms. Depending on your needs, I offer short-term therapy (about three months) focused on a specific difficulty, or medium- to long-term therapy that allows for deeper work. I support adults who seek therapy for relationship or romantic difficulties, separation, burnout, mood concerns, self-esteem issues, grief, crisis situations, giftedness-related concerns, emotional dependency, depression, or experiences of violence, among other challenges. My goal is to offer you a confidential, respectful, and safe space where you can reflect freely on your situation and move forward at your own pace.
